Anything can be Public Art.
If you intend for something to be art, who is anyone to tell you it’s not?
If you believe something is art, that should be all it takes.
The public, including you, should be able to decide what art is, the same as institutions like museums.
It doesn’t matter what it is, or even if you’re the one who made it.
If you see something and believe it’s a piece of art, including yourself, thats all it takes.
Art is for the people, so people can decide what art is.
This includes you.
It doesn’t need to have a title, it just needs to exist.
Not only can you decide that something is art, you can think YOU ARE art yourself.
Anything in public can be public art, and anything that the public wants to believe is art can be too.
